We’re excited to welcome Dan Hartman to Micron Solutions as our new Vice President of Sales. 

Dan brings more than 27 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth across industries including medical devices, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, defense, and electronics. Throughout his career, he has built strong strategic partnerships and led innovative sales strategies that have delivered multi-million-dollar revenue growth across complex product verticals. 

In addition to his sales leadership, Dan has extensive experience overseeing P&L management, supply chain optimization, and market expansion initiatives for both Fortune 500 companies and emerging organizations. His ability to align strategy with execution has consistently helped teams scale efficiently and sustainably. 

Beyond the business world, Dan brings a unique background in sports as a former player, longtime coach, academy owner, and contributor. He has mentored athletes who have gone on to compete at collegiate and professional levels, shaping his approach to leadership, accountability, and team development. This performance-driven mindset translates seamlessly into building high-performing sales organizations and strong leadership cultures.
